Support for New Life promotes social inclusion of older people in greater London through activities, workshops, and advocacy.

Interventions include: befriending services, mentoring, monthly peer support groups, as well as physical health and healthy eating workshops.

Maximising members’ income through welfare benefit assessment and workshops on money-saving techniques such as reducing energy bills, food stamp referral, and energy grants.

Fostering physical health through nutrition and exercise workshops.

Connecting members with each other, therefore allowing them to build support networks.

We support members applying for welfare benefits, tenancy support, and housing.

We provide referral to social services, occupational services, and specialist services.

Support for New Life is committed to promoting social inclusion of older people living in greater London.

We do this by providing activities such as yoga and exercise classes, Zumba, nutrition workshops, and mental health awareness workshops that are free to our members.
